First Category
First Category: undamaged (slightly damaged) – physically intact, without, or with some individual small-scale damage; no glassy areas or mold; text totally preserved. The document can be handled easily and is the entire surface is uniformly flexible.
Second Category
Second Category: damaged – physical integrity ruined. Tears, holes, stains, glassy areas cover less than 1/3 of the surface. Partial loss of text and flexibility. Handling may be difficult.
